CellSealtm combines:

> The ease of handling and wide compatibility of the 'cryovial'

> Sterile addition and removal of sample 
   (with foil cover over removal septum)

> Maintainence of 'diagnostic' sample in the inlet tubing for
   subsequent testing without having to extract aliquot from
   the main sample

> FDA-compliance testing in progress

> Filtered air inlet = full volume use (no vacuum build-up)


Material and sizes?
Cyclic Olefin Co-polymer (COC) for temperature stability to -196oC, available in 2.0 ml and 5.0 ml sizes

Inlet tubing options?
The following options are available on the inlet port:
A. Sealed port - cut, add sample with a pipette and seal.
B. Needle-less - use a syringe to add sample via a standard leur-lock fitting.
C. Needle port - add sample via an 18 guage needle

Tubing?
EVA material. Long and short tube length options are available

Medical or research grade?
Both versions are sterile (gamma irradiated). The medical version is supplied with a removeable foil cap on the sampling/outlet port and is ideal for therapeutic use. The research-grade is supplied without the removeable foil cap. 

Compatibility with EF600 LN2-free controlled rate freezer?
2.0 ml compatible with eixisting EF600 versions, 5.0 ml with 'special' order version

Compatibility with storage boxes?
Custom storage boxes maximise storage space and ease of handling, 81 vials per box. Specific racks are also available to store these rack in a space-efficient manner
