both installation qualification and operation qualification, including all necessary tests and confirmatory steps. The
full document set also includes the subsequent performance qualification to allow monitoring of the on-going
performance in routine use. This documentation will also be required for most therapeutic applications and
is avilable for each serial-numbered unit.
